Delivery time should be fairly quick (within 10 minutes).
Delivery time may take up to an hour on some rare occasions.
The store will be closed every Friday in the early morning (sometimes Thursday night) and will be re-opened on Saturday morning/noon (ET).
We will also be unavailable on Discord/Skype during that time period.
We only sell what we have in stock. The stock is synchronized via the PayPal Payments Standard Button Manager API to make sure that we never oversell.
We never list more than 8 units (88,000) of gold (16 units during a sale) but we normally have more than that in stock. We do this for your and our safety.
While we might not always have someone who will be there to talk with you right away, all orders are also being forwarded to the sales manager's e-mail.
So even if you don't get an answer on Discord/Skype, rest assured your order will be taken care of as even if someone is on a coffee break or lunch, the manager will be notified and will get someone to deliver the gold to you.
Since the revamping of the store (back in June 2015), we've added an uptime detection to our agents' PCs.
What does it do?
Well, in the unlikely case of a network/power outage, it's possible that none of our agents will be able to deliver the gold in a proper time.
If such thing happens, we don't want you to be able to make a purchase.
We believe that you should only make a purchase when we can surely deliver it in a timely fashion.
If such event occurs, making orders will be disabled until at least one of the agents is connected again.
